Mr. Rimland vision and leadership have guided the organization through its tremendous growth over 40+ years, throughout Long Island NY and nationally. Mr. Rimland oversees all aspects of planning, acquisitions, development, construction, property management division of the company's extensive commercial and residential real estate portfolio, with knowable experience.

Since inception Rimland Development recognized the future growth and real estate needs of Long Island and its communities, and successfully invested and developed properties to meet the demand. With this applied experience Rimland Development expanded nationally, with the same attention to economically and aesthetically improving the markets we enter and service.
